Multilingual PSA Campaign – American Red Cross

The American Red Cross approached TV Access to disseminate disaster preparedness procedures to Hispanic communities across the country. To reach this very specific audience, TV Access worked with multiple outdoor advertising companies and secured over 700 billboard placements in Hispanic neighborhoods across 11 states.

 

Through effective distribution to very specific markets, these public service announcements effectively raised awareness of the importance of disaster preparedness. Clearly communicating key safety messages in the audiences’ primary language, this Hispanic out-of-home PSA campaign transcend communication barriers that can often isolate specific demographics.
